Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your session for any reason, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. With sufficient notice, your session may be rescheduled to a date and time that works for both parties. Only one rescheduling opportunity is permitted, and the rescheduled session must take place within 3 months of your original booking date.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your session retainer. A new retainer will be required to book a future session.
If you reschedule outside of the 3-month rescheduling period, your booking will be treated as a new booking and a new session retainer will be required.
If you choose to cancel your appointment entirely, your session retainer will be forfeited.
Please understand that when you book an appointment, you are committing to that date and time. Cancellations and reschedules impact my income and prevent other clients from booking. I appreciate your understanding and respect for the time reserved specifically for you.
While I will do my best to accommodate all rescheduling requests, I cannot guarantee that a rescheduled session will be available at the same location or within the same month as your original booking. Available dates and locations will be provided, and bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
SESSION RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Studio Mini Sessions & Charlie May Farm Sessions
Due to the limited availability and special nature of these sessions, retainers for Studio Sessions and Charlie May Farm Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. These sessions cannot be rescheduled to another date, session type, or location.

If inclement weather (including rain, thunderstorms, blizzards, road conditions or extreme cold) prevents a photography session from taking place, I will contact you approximately 2–3 hours before your scheduled session time to discuss rescheduling options.
As Manitoba weather can change quickly, sometimes hour by hour, I ask that you please wait until the day of your session before requesting a weather-related reschedule.
There is no fee to reschedule due to inclement weather, and your session retainer will be transferred to the new date. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 3 months of your original booking.
The final decision regarding weather-related postponements will be made by the photographer to ensure the safety of all participants, as well as the quality of your images.

Typically, you will receive your online gallery within 1 to 2 weeks. During the summer and fall, it can take up to 3 weeks to receive your gallery. If you need photos by a certain date, please take that into consideration when booking to ensure galleries are ready in time.

I do not provide prints but you will receive a print release with your online gallery that allows you to print your photos wherever you like. I recommend printing with Don’s Photo or Photo Central in Winnipeg. I have tested both labs and they offer great quality prints.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog to the session provided they are friendly!

Mini sessions are booked on a month-to-month basis at designated locations on weekends. This allows me to accommodate more clients on prime days by being able to book sessions back to back. Please view the book online section to see what locations are currently being offered.
If you would prefer a different location then what is available mini sessions can be scheduled at a location of your choice within Winnipeg or Stonewall, MB weekday evenings.
1-hour family sessions can be scheduled at a location of your choice. Travel fees will apply to all sessions outside of Winnipeg if travel exceeds 100KM round trip at a cost of $0.50/KM

Mini sessions are designed for up to 5 people OR one immediate family. This includes you, your spouse and your children. If you'd like to include additional people within your session, there will be an additional fee of $10 per person.
